Belatrix Software welcomes last week's announcement by Argentina's Federal Board of Education that recognizes the strategic importance of technology and computer programming to the country, and also formalizes its teaching in the education system. Coding will now be included as a regular subject throughout the country’s schools. In addition,The Education Ministry announced that it will create a network between schools to foster programming education.
Argentina has long been a hotbed of top technology talent, recognized globally by top-tier organizations who choose to work with Argentine programmers. This policy will further strengthen Argentina's position in the global technology market, by ensuring young people nationwide have access to technology focused education.

Belatrix continues to invest heavily in education and training initiatives. This has included fostering close links with universities throughout Latin America, conducting a range of activities from running hackathons on university campuses, to giving speeches about technology, to providing additional training opportunities. For example, with the Juan Agustin Maza University, students can take software development and quality assurance (QA) diplomas. Belatrix also offers students opportunities to take training courses not usually available on university curriculums, such as becoming a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
