Arnold currently practices in the area of commercial litigation, director and officer liability, and employment litigation. He also leads McCathern's Banking and Mortgage Section, utilizing his extensive experience in the mortgage banking industry.
Additionally, his experience handling transactional matters has given Arnold the ability to effectively filter through the intricacies of complex commercial litigation matters. He has played a critical role in the litigation of multi-million dollar disputes between billion dollar corporations. For example, Arnold took the lead role for Cowboys Stadium, L.P. in the litigation involving the highly publicized suite lawsuits at Cowboys Stadium.
Arnold’s experiences allow him to represent both small and large clients in the commercial and employment litigation arenas. He follows the belief of there being no small client or matter and handles all clients and matters with the utmost diligence and importance. As Managing Partner, Arnold has overseen rapid growth and spearheaded the firm’s expansion to establish offices in Houston, Texas and Los Angeles, California.
Raised in Austin, Texas, Arnold moved to Dallas in 1999 to attend Southern Methodist University. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Consulting from the Cox School of Business in 2003, and his law degree from Michigan State University College of Law. Arnold was licensed to practice law by the State of Texas in 2006 and by the State of California in 2011. He is a member of the Dallas Bar and Dallas Young Lawyers Associations.
