Summit Medical Group Foundation Wants You to "Run for Your Life"

Family-friendly event with 5K race and 1.5 mile walk to benefit Foundation’s mission and programs

The Summit Medical Group Foundation (“SMGF”) hosts its annual "Run for Your Life" 5K race and 1.5 mile fun walk event on Sunday, October 25, 2015, beginning at 9:30 a.m. at Memorial Field in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey.

This festive, family-friendly event will include post-race food and beverages, live music, “Ask the Medical Expert” with Summit Medical Group physicians, race awards, goodie bags for participants, and children’s activities, including face painting and a Teddy Bear Clinic.

The course is USATF Certified/Sanctioned, NJ Grand Prix 500 Points, with water stops on course and at finish. Race timing will be provided by Tristate Timing.

Entry Fees: Non-refundable
Early Registration by 10/7: $25
USATF-NJ Members until 10/7: $22
After 10/7 & Race Day: $30
1.5 Mile Walk: $10
Long sleeve t-shirts available to pre-registered runners, others while supplies last.
Goodie bag for participants.

Proceeds of the race will support the Summit Medical Group Foundation’s initiatives, including fostering health and wellness in our community, developing the next generation of medical professionals, and medical research.
