Endocrinology Practice Adds Women’s Health Endocrinologist

Endocrinology Consultants, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Rachel Bier to our office.

She has focused her medical practice on general endocrinology, with a special emphasis on women’s health issues.

Dr. Bier joins Dr. Joseph Schwartz, Dr. Hyesoo Lowe, and Dr. Alejandra Borensztein from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where she completed her Endocrinology Fellowship. A member of both the Endocrine Society and the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, Dr. Bier brings years of dedication to our team. She continues to be involved in the research of women’s health issues.
Dr. Bier’s general areas of interest include Osteoporosis, Obesity and Weight Control, Pituitary Disease, Thyroid Disorders such as nodules, and treatments requiring ultrasound and biopsy procedures. In men, she specializes in problems with Low Testosterone and Hypogonadism.
Dr. Bier participates with most insurance plans, and is available to see patients Monday through Friday in our Englewood, New Jersey office.

Endocrinology Consultants, PC and Thyroid Center of NJ carry credentials from leading endocrinology centers in the United States, such as Mount Sinai Medical Center and Columbia Presbyterian Hospital. We are proud to have physicians on our staff who have been named among New Jersey's top doctors. Our physicians care for patients at Holy Name Medical Center in Teaneck, as well as Englewood Hospital in Englewood. Our medical director is Dr. Joseph Schwartz, the Chief of the Endocrinology Department at both Englewood Hospital and Holy Name Medical Center.
