Special Events Venue Now Open at UltraStar Multi-tainment Center at Ak-Chin Circle
Maricopa, AZ (PRWEB) September 03, 2015 -- Earlier this summer, the Ak-Chin Indian Community opened the Elements Event Center at Ak-Chin Circle. Featuring meeting and conference spaces ranging from 226-square-feet to 3,353-square-feet, Elements can accommodate a wide variety of meetings, conferences and other special events for groups up to 300 guests. The Ak-Chin Indian Community and the team from UltraStar worked with architectural firm Nelson Partners and contractor Kitchell on the project.
“The Ak-Chin Indian Community is proud to extend our hospitality and event services offerings with the addition of the new Elements Event Center,” said Chairman Louis Manuel, Jr. “This is a perfect complement to the other meetings options available at the Ultra-Star Multi-tainment Center at Ak-Chin Circle, Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino and Ak-Chin Southern Dunes Golf Club.”
The rooms inside the center were named for the elements – Earth, Air, Fire and Water and are equipped with the latest in audio/visual technology. Guests booking the venue can choose from a variety of cuisines that are prepared under the direction of UltraStar’s Executive Chef, Frank Abeyta.
The outdoor garden reception area features beautiful Italian tile and shade trees with sparkling lights surrounded by stunning flowering bushes. Perfect for wedding ceremonies, garden parties and receptions, it provides a scenic backdrop for pictures. The fire pit patio is a secluded patio on the east side of the building with ample shade, softly blowing misters, a fire pit for ambiance and comfortable outdoor couches for relaxation and socializing.
The stylish banquet space consists of three spacious rooms: Air, Fire and Water. These rooms can effortlessly accommodate events up to 60 guests or can be opened up to create a spacious event space that can accommodate up to 300 guests. The Earth Room is a private suite with a sitting room with luxurious couches and full bath that is a perfect bridal suite.
The management team at UltraStar Multi-Tainment Center consists of Adam Saks, COO and general manager, Jennifer Birk, director of sales, Daniel Alcantara, banquet captain and Frank Abeyta, executive chef. Together, they combine decades of experience to provide lasting memories.
“We are thrilled to manage this beautiful events facility for the Ak-Chin Indian Community,” said Saks. “Elements is a truly remarkable event venue, unlike any other in the Valley.”
