Bonterra Dining & Wine Room Chefs Included in the Culinary Line Up for Euphoria's Lambs & Clams Event

Bonterra Dining & Wine Room Chef Blake Hartwick and Pastry Chef Jason Lemon are excited to be a part of the culinary lineup for the Lambs & Clams event on Sept. 17, 2015 that will kick off the 10th year of Euphoria Greenville.

Bonterra Dining & Wine Rooms Executive Chef Blake Hartwick, and Pastry Chef Jason Lemon are part of the 2015 Lambs and Clams line up culinary talent. Lambs + Clams is a collaboration between Craig Rogers, shepherd of Border Springs Farm Lamb and Travis Croxton, oysterman of Rappahannock River Oysters both based in Virginia. Craig and Travis are purveyors to farm conscious chefs throughout America who value and appreciate conservation and humanely raised farm products.

The Bonterra Chefs will bring their love of fresh local flavors to the event. Chef Blake Hartwick brings a new take on Southern Cuisine. He feels strongly in supporting local farmers and purveyors while Pastry Chef Jason Lemon will wow the crowd with amazing desserts.
