Brandon Hall Group today announced that Daria Friedman and Clifford Stevenson have joined the HCM research/analyst firm as principal analysts, solidifying the analyst team as “the true leader” in the HCM space, according to Brandon Hall Group CEO Mike Cooke.
Stevenson, formerly Senior Human Capital Researcher at the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp), becomes Principal Analyst of the Workforce Management Practice at Brandon Hall Group.
Friedman, formerly Vice President and Director of Research at Findly, becomes Principal Analyst of the Talent Acquisition Practice at Brandon Hall Group.
Brandon Hall Group CEO Mike Cooke said, “Daria and Cliff are outstanding analysts and researchers who provide valuable expertise and experience in two of our newer practices. We are honored to have them. Adding them to our world-class analyst team makes Brandon Hall Group the true leader and only independent analyst and advisory firm solely focused on human capital management.”
Cooke also announced the promotions of David Wentworth, senior learning analyst since 2012, to Principal Learning Analyst, and Ben Eubanks, associate analyst since 2014, to Learning Analyst.
“Our analyst team has seasoned, thoughtful analysts with superior insights into their markets due to their sophisticated approach to both quantitative and qualitative research and their responsiveness to the needs of members and clients,” Cooke said.
Before coming to Brandon Hall Group, Friedman led the research practice for Bernard Hodes Group, a recruitment solutions agency, and Findly, a talent acquisition software service provider. Her focus is on conducting talent acquisition research on topics such as candidate experience, employer value proposition validation, onboarding, candidate experience, retention, internal communications, career site messaging, talent pool assessments/supply and demand, employee engagement, campus/graduate recruitment, brand perceptions/positioning, best practices, diversity, market/competitive dynamics, talent acquisition metrics, source-of-hire/job search dynamics, employer preferences, employee benefits, technology purchase preferences, and more.
She has conducted research globally across many industries, such as healthcare, technology, insurance, finance, hospitality, telecommunications, defense, and retail.
Daria has an MBA in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a BA in French from Montclair State University.
“I am very excited to join Brandon Hall Group,” Friedman said. “I believe that talent acquisition plays a critical role in the success of an organization by articulating the employer brand; by finding, attracting, and onboarding quality talent; and by contributing toward productivity and business strategy. I look forward to contributing research that paves the way for improving company performance.”
Stevenson is a human capital research analyst whose work has been focused heavily on data and analytics, core HR/workforce management functions, innovation and creativity, international management, as well as performance management, recruitment, acquisition, retention, and attrition.
