Noyes & Company Continues to Add Talent to Its Capital Markets Group
CHICAGO, IL (PRWEB) September 09, 2015 -- Noyes, a 107-year old wealth management and investment-banking firm, announced today the hire of Jelena Madic as Vice President, Capital Markets.
Based at the Indianapolis, IN office, Madic is responsible for providing M&A and growth capital advisory services, as well as debt/equity fund management services for specialized investment funds. In addition, she will advise clients on matters related to private equity investments and on strategic alternatives to debt, equity and M&A. She reports directly to Bob Welch, Senior Managing Director of Noyes’ Capital Market Group.

Madic joins Noyes from Barclays Capital in Menlo Park, CA. There, as an Investment Banking Assistant Vice President, she provided strategic, financial modeling and transaction execution services to technology companies globally. She also advised the firm’s clientele on alternatives to debt, equity and M&A. Prior to that, she worked on product innovation and management at Robert Bosch, LLC in Palo Alto, CA, and was Project Leader at Analog Devices in Wilmington, MA.

In addition, she completed a Financial Technology Option Program at M.I.T. Sloan School of Management.
