“The new Message Center empowers our customers to meet the ever-increasing expectations of today’s mobile consumer,” said Mike Saffitz, CTO and Co-Founder at Apptentive.

Apptentive, the mobile customer communication solution for enterprise apps, today announced the launch of the all-new Message Center, a tool that allows two-way conversation with mobile consumers. With this new release, Apptentive customers across all pricing tiers can: set expectations around replying to consumers, gain insight into app hot spots in need of immediate attention, build relationships by listening to their customers, and identify trends to help manage product roadmaps.

Apptentive strives to help companies make interactions personal, and have two-way conversations with their customers. Product managers can use Message Center to glean qualitative feedback on how to improve the product; customer success representatives can use Message Center to create an outstanding support feedback loop; and mobile marketers can leverage Message Center data to learn about consumers and drive retention.

“The new Message Center empowers our customers to meet the ever-increasing expectations of today’s mobile consumer,” said Mike Saffitz, CTO and Co-Founder at Apptentive. “Instead of requiring customers to leave the mobile app to provide feedback, Message Center allows customers to reach out to a company in real-time, directly from the mobile app. Customers now have more control over their interactions, while providing a more seamless and enjoyable experience for their app consumers.”
