Over 30 Companies at Forefront of Sports Tech Innovation Assemble at Brooklyn EXPO Center for Inaugural Industry Exhibition

Hashtag Sports, organizers of the industry leading #SportsConf virtual conference series, announce the inaugural Hashtag Sports Fest expo and conference set to take place in Brooklyn, NY on October 20-22 and gather innovators at the convergence of sports, media, and technology.

This groundbreaking 3-day event will showcase how digital media and emerging technologies are shaping the future of sports covering a diverse range of topics including virtual reality, social platforms, daily fantasy sports, eSports, OTT, mobile ticketing, predictive analytics, and wearables. Over 80 thought leaders will present from Twitter, Facebook, FanDuel, ESPN, AMEX, AIG, FC Bayern Munich, NASCAR, NBA, Whistle Sports, The Players’ Tribune, Showtime Sports, and more.

Notable speakers include Danny Keens, Head of Sports Partnerships for Twitter; Elisa Padilla, SVP and CMO for the Brooklyn Nets and Barclays Center; John West, CEO and co-founder for Whistle Sports; and Patrick Willis, former San Francisco 49ers All-Pro Linebacker.

More than 30 cutting-edge tech companies and startups including IBM, STRIVR Labs, Athos, Catapult, Krossover, Second Spectrum, Next Galaxy, Vulcun, Hudl, FloSports, Grabyo, Omnigon, and Telescope will be exhibiting across 30,000 square feet at the new Brooklyn EXPO Center in Greenpoint. The expo floor and Innovation Stage interviews will be accessible to sports industry professionals, startup founders, and investors with a free Expo-Only pass.
