Greater Intell, a leading provider of software and services for IT Management platforms, today announced the acquisition of MidPoint Services, a Kaseya® Certified Implementation Partner and provider of specialized professional services for IT customers who utilize Kaseya solutions. With this acquisition, Greater Intell plans to accelerate new product development, integration services and support services for the Kaseya VSA™ platform.

Greater Intell’s customer acquisition pace has been increasing in recent months and the company is seeing increased demand from the market for new features and capabilities in its Kaseya-based enhancement and integration portfolio. Existing customers are also expressing interest in more support services and the acquisition of MidPoint enhances Greater Intell’s capacity in these critical areas.
