The Tradition-Lovers Lane Community Announces Grand Opening
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) September 10, 2015 -- Tradition Senior Living (TSL) is pleased to announce the opening of The Tradition-Lovers Lane Community, including Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care. Situated at 5850 East Lovers Lane at Matilda, the complex is a rental community with no buy-in fee. The 7.5-acre campus comprises the 202-unit Independent Living building and the 109-unit Assisted Living and Memory Care property fronting Milton Street. Jonathan Perlman is founder and CEO of Tradition Senior Living, LP, which is developing, marketing and managing the project.
“The response to all three levels within our continuum of care at The Tradition-Lovers Lane has been stunning, and we are extremely pleased,” said Perlman. “We thank our lenders and partners, who agree that The Tradition-Lovers Lane is and will be an asset to the city of Dallas.”
The location, continued Mr. Perlman, is superlative as it is convenient to the Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Lakewood, Lake Highlands and East Dallas – and is next door to Central Market.
The Independent Living building is designed by Houston architects Meeks + Partners, and the Assisted Living and Memory Care property is designed by Dallas architects D2 Architecture, LLC.
Independent Living
The Tradition-Lovers Lane Independent Living Community boasts the same hallmarks of TSL’s first community, The Tradition-Prestonwood: resort-style living with ultra-inclusive services and amenities; beautiful, light-filled apartments and common areas; lush landscaping with multiple courtyards; an underground parking garage; wellness programs and state-of-the-art fitness areas, including an indoor pool, a weight room, and a group exercise room; restaurant-style dining in multiple venues; daily activities and transportation.
Assisted Living and Memory Care
The Tradition-Lovers Lane’s Assisted Living and Memory Care Community leads with cutting-edge technology for safety and care. The Community – also designed with light-filled, beautiful common areas and apartments – will include a physical- and occupational-therapy center, a therapy pool with an underwater treadmill, 24-hour licensed nursing, a multi-sensory room, and medication management.
The Tradition-Lovers Lane is the second community developed by TSL, built by TSL’s construction division, and locally managed by Tradition Management, LLC. Opened the summer of 2010, The Tradition-Prestonwood (the first community) is a 220-unit independent living property located at 15250 Prestonwood Blvd. between Belt Line and Arapaho. This fall, The Tradition-Prestonwood is also opening an Assisted Living and Memory Care Community.
