VIP Cycling Events at World Cycling Championship:
Professional cyclist turned business entrepreneur, Roel Vanmuysen took his love of Belgian cycling coupled with top notch hospitality and networking and created “Belgian Huis” in 2013. Now, Belgian Huis and Vanmuysen’s business, BelgiumBike are creating their third annual networking and new technology launch in Richmond, Virginia during the World Cycling Championship, back in the United States after being abroad for the last 30 years. The event will take place at a typical “Flandrien/Classic” part of the course at one of the most critical climbs in the race.
"Our event is something special," says Vanmuysen, "We aren't looking to profit from our dealers here at this event, but reward them for choosing us as their partner. It's not only the product quality that counts, we want to stand out by our quality relationships and unique opportunities."
Belgian Huis events are planned from Thursday, September 24th to Sunday, September 27th. One of the most unique opportunities BelgiumBike has for their attendees is the chance to meet and greet with the Belgian Cycling Federation, their professional racers, mechanics, sponsors, and large companies that support the international cycling industry. BelgiumBike will be hosting the Press Conference for the Belgian National team, on Thursday, September 26th at our event location.
Attendees have the opportunity to purchase VIP tickets to be a part of this event. Guests who attend will enjoy the best views live and on HD TVs, the hottest pre and post cycling discussions, with international insiders, experts, cycling friends and top teams. Of course, BelgiumBike prioritizes hospitality so tickets include gourmet lunch and dinner buffets, unlimited soft drinks, snacks, massages, deluxe gift bags, and the newest cycling technology in aerodynamic software. A Full bar will be available at the Belgian Huis along with its late night cafe. Once again the Belgian Huis is the location where Europeans and Americans of the cycling industry come together.
