Dallas Clinic Director serving as physical therapy consultant for local foundation that provides training services to physically impaired individuals

To be part of a foundation that provides innovative training methods for the physically impaired, and to watch those clients become inspired and regain confidence has been an incredible experience.

Texas Physical Therapy Specialists’ (TexPTS) Zach Couch is serving as a consultant to Dallas’ Adaptive Training Foundation, providing physical therapy consultation to the foundation’s participants.

The Adaptive Training Foundation was founded to provide physically impaired individuals with the proper facility and training necessary to achieve their health goals. The team uses modified training programs that utilize body weight exercises and sophisticated weight training equipment to achieve weight loss, increase mobility, or increase strength. In his role with Adaptive Training Foundation, Zach utilizes his physical therapy expertise to assist in the implementation of safe and effective training methods.
