After two decades in high-level corporate sales, including founding and selling a successful startup company, Civatte offers RBG a deep understanding of delivering value to customers.
Civatte comes to RBG after eight years at the helm of sales for BOXX Technologies Inc., an Austin-based computer manufacturing company. Hired to turn around the then-struggling firm, Civatte dramatically boosted sales and nearly tripled company revenue during his tenure.
RBG CEO Josh Stern described Civatte's hiring as part of a plan to expand RBG's already-formidable share of the mystery shopping & customer experience consulting market.

Civatte's work experience spans across different industries and different leadership roles. After moving into the business world and running sales operations for American Products, Bio Lab and The Wentworth Group, John drew upon his appreciation and understanding of training and co-founded a business specializing in computer-based training and development, Specialized Solutions. The company was the first to introduce a number of computer training tools that are now in wide use, including digital video, computer simulation and self-assessment.
