The Beliveau Group has over 25 years of combined real estate experience serving clients in the greater Baltimore area. Ms. Beliveau is native to Lutherville-Timonium and has been a Realtor for 10 years. After graduating Towson University with a Bachelor's in Advertising, she started her team. Due to her focus on client service, her team's sales have skyrocketed and placed them in the top 1% of Realtors in Maryland and the United States. Ms. Beliveau was most recently honored by The Daily Record as a Twenty in their 20's Award Winner.
When asked what accomplishment she was most proud of in her real estate career thus far, Ms. Beliveau replied: “The most fulfilling accomplishment to date for me has been curating a team of intelligent, driven and caring people. Due to our extremely high standards for our staff and our customer service, we deliver a uniquely special, first-class real estate experience to our community”. She serves on the board and as the communications chair for the Seminary Ridge Homeowner's Association. Ms. Beliveau also serves as a board member for Abilities Network. One of her strongest personal passions is animal rescue and training.
