Ms. Beliveau is native to Lutherville-Timonium and has been a Realtor for 10 years. After graduating Towson University with a Bachelor's in Advertising, she started her team. Ms. Beliveau was most recently honored by The Daily Record as a Twenty in their 20's Award Winner.

She serves on the board and as the communications chair for the Seminary Ridge Homeowner's Association. Ms. Beliveau also serves as a board member for Abilities Network. One of her strongest personal passions is animal rescue and training.
