He remained at St. Louis University to complete his residency training in Neurological Surgery and fellowship in Cerebrovascular and Skull Base Surgery. After serving as a clinical faculty member for the University, Dr. McCullough went into private practice in 2006. He is skilled in cranial and spinal surgery, and specializes in the treatment of spinal degenerative diseases, brain and spinal cord tumors, and aneurysms.
