Kathy Davis Retail Store to Celebrate Grand Re-opening September 25, 2015, Will Coincide with Exciting Joy Squared Art Benefit at the Scatter Joy Center for the Arts
Horsham, PA (PRWEB) September 15, 2015 -- Kathy Davis, the retail store at 303 Horsham Road in Horsham, will re-open its doors in mid-September with a fresh look and new merchandise and a Grand Re-opening celebration. At the same time, adding to the excitement, the Joy Squared Art Benefit will be held at the adjacent Scatter Joy Center for the Arts (SJCA) on September 25, 2015, from 5-8 PM.
“We can’t wait to open our doors to the public with our new look,” says Sarah Van Aken, President of Kathy Davis Studios. “We’ve completely transformed the store to align with the aesthetic of the Kathy Davis brand. Shoppers will find Kathy Davis greeting cards, great gifts and unique home and fashion items.”
The Kathy Davis store will offer unusual items to help customers Create a Life They Love and gifts that enable them to share joy. The product mix will include items made exclusively for the Kathy Davis store and that will not be found elsewhere.
“We are looking forward to being a go-to resource in the Horsham community for that perfect gift for family, friends and colleagues,” Van Aken says, “and you’ll even find incredible fashion and home items for yourself.”
Store hours are Monday-Wednesday, 10 AM - 6 PM; Thursday - Saturday, 10 AM - 8 PM; (closed Sunday). These hours overlap with those of the restaurants in the complex to make it convenient for customers to shop at the store while waiting for a table or after dining. New store manager Lois Lampman, who brings a wealth of experience, a discerning eye and a definite understanding of and appreciation for the Kathy Davis brand, will greet customers.
Coinciding with the store’s grand re-opening is the Joy Squared Art Benefit, a public event that will feature an art exhibit of dozens of six-inch canvas art squares created exclusively for the event by regional artists. The “Joy Squares” will be sold during a Silent Auction whose proceeds will support programming and scholarships at the SJCA. In addition, to please artists of all ages, a Sidewalk Chalk Extravaganza will be held on the property. For more information, visit http://scatterjoyarts.org/
The Kathy Davis Story:
What began over 25 years ago with a handful of greeting cards is becoming a way of life. Kathy Davis has evolved from the core belief that everyone has the right to create a life they love. In pursuit of that vision, we have become valued for the connections we encourage with our expressive painting and inspiring message on products. We are committed to creating meaningful products, fostering a connection and above all, honoring the Kathy Davis passion to “Make Life a Work of Art.”
