DiNicola comes to EnterWorks with more than 20 years of experience in building professional service organizations and delivering a variety of solutions in industries such as energy, manufacturing, retail, consumer goods and pharmaceutical. Most recently, DiNicola was the senior principal at Daugherty Business Solutions, delivering a range of consulting services to Fortune 500 clients. Previously, he was the SVP of global operations at Riversand, a provider of PIM and MDM solutions. DiNicola has also served in leadership roles at Quorum Business Solutions, a software solutions provider, PwC and EDS.
“Rusty brings extensive experience in MDM and PIM professional and support services to EnterWorks, which will be incredibly valuable as we scale up our American operations and address global expansion,” said Rick Chavie, CEO of EnterWorks. “In addition, his experience with retailers and manufacturers, two areas of focus and growth for us, positions us to accelerate our market share gains in these verticals.”
In his new role, DiNicola will be tasked with growing the overall internal and external delivery capacity of professional services in support of EnterWorks’ growing client base, offerings and services partners.
DiNicola holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Virginia Tech. He currently resides in St. Louis and will work out of EnterWorks’ Sterling, Virginia office. This announcement follows the hiring of Rick Chavie as EnterWorks’ new CEO in May of this year. The company will continue to add top talent to its team to help meet the changing needs of its growing customer base and geographic footprint.
