Stainless Steel Roll Handling

The Roll Lifter with twin spindle and tray attachment is a great option for any business wishing to improve or eliminate any lifting and handling issues they are experiencing.

New to Packline Materials Handling is the versatile twin spindle with tray attachment, designed for lifting and handling rolls of varying dimensions. This attachment is comprised of two spindles with a tray support on each.

This bespoke design is suitable for production lines in food and pharmaceutical industries where there are many types of processing lines with different sized rolls being used, depending on the product being run on that line.

Many production lines have a range of different size and weight rolls. This lifting equipment, and versatile bespoke attachment, is an ideal solution to resolve this lifting issue.

Often, access to the rolls within or on a processing machine is difficult as they can be situated in the middle of the production line. These access issues can be resolved using suitable lifting equipment.

The larger rolls can be lifted using the two-spindle attachment, provided the diameter is large enough. However, smaller diameter rolls can be lifted using the tray attachment itself.

The tray not only allows a wider range of rolls to be lifted, but it also provides support to the spindle, enabling heavier rolls to be lifted.
