Connect First will host a two part informational webinar series focusing on customer experience as a key differentiator for standing out among competitors. The webinar series will discuss:

The webinar series will feature Christa Heibel of CH Consulting Group, John Franco of Connect First and several other contact center industry experts. With customer experience playing such a large role in business decisions, the panel will share their insight and experience in bringing in repeat business, influencing customers, getting recommendations and using customer experience to drive company-wide success.

Part 1 of the series will take place Wednesday, Sept. 30 at 1 p.m. EST and will discuss best practices for delivering an outstanding customer experience (people, process and technology).

Part 2 of the series will take place Oct. 7 at 1 p.m. EST and will feature a round-table discussion concerning what has and has not worked in individual experts contact centers in terms of delivering an outstanding customer experience.
