Oakland, CA (PRWEB) September 17, 2015
Sensiba San Filippo LLP (SSF), a leading Northern California-based accounting and business consulting firm, proudly opens the doors to its collaborative office space with the Port Workspace in the Kaiser Center.
This new Oakland location expands SSF’s footprint in the East Bay where they serve many manufacturing and technology clients. It also capitalizes on the recent economic development activity within Oakland.
“It’s very exciting to watch Oakland’s recent economic growth and now we have a front row seat,” says John Sensiba, managing partner at Sensiba San Filippo. “This office will not only allow us to better serve our East Bay clients, but gives our Oakland area employees a better work/life balance.”
This is SSF’s second co-working office space after opening a San Francisco WeWork office in August. SSF believes the addition of co-workspace options strengthens their talent attraction and retention strategy with the millennial workforce.
“Millennials tend to prefer flexible and collaborative workspaces rather than permanent offices or cubicles,” says Sholly Nicholson, human resources manager at Sensiba San Filippo. “Their idea about how and where work gets done is very different than previous generations.”
This new Oakland location will add to and compliment Sensiba San Filippo’s other 5 Bay Area locations, including San Mateo, San Francisco, San Jose, Morgan Hill and their headquarters in Pleasanton, CA.
