Greenberg Traurig’s Hugo López Coll Speaks at UNIFIM’s Sixth Annual Money Laundering and Risk Prevention Conference
MEXICO CITY, Mexico (PRWEB) September 16, 2015 -- Hugo López Coll, a shareholder in the Mexico City office of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, who is also a member of the firm’s Global Anti-Corruption Group, participated as a speaker at UNIFIM’s sixth annual Conference on “Money Laundering and Risk Prevention” in Mexico City, Mexico on September 10, 2015.
López Coll’s speech “Associated Risks and Best Practices Against Corruption,” focused on Mexico’s constitutional reforms that will provide stronger measures to prevent, investigate, and sanction corruption. López Coll also discussed how congress would have to draft and ratify implementing laws to create a new National Anti-Corruption System in Mexico.
