KidCheck Children’s Check-In System Presents Child Safety and Protection Policy Workshops at CMWebsummit
Boise, Idaho (PRWEB) October 14, 2015 -- KidCheck, providers of secure children’s check-in software, is pleased to present multiple child safety workshops at the largest children’s ministry virtual conference, the CM Websummit. In addition to presenting, KidCheck is also the Gold sponsor of the conference.
KidCheck workshops include “Improving Child Safety in Your Children’s Ministry” and “The Child Protection Policy Unwrapped: How to Design, Create and Implement this Powerful Tool”.
The CMWebsummit is the largest free online children’s ministry conference available, offering over 30 workshops across a variety of topics. It takes place October 26-28, 2015, and is put on by KidMinCoaching, an online children’s ministry community and coaching resource.
The goal of the CM Websummit is to bring ministry leaders such as Dale Hudson, Jeremy Collins, and Trisha Peach together online in one place, to share relevant, topical information and resources for those that may not be able to travel to attend the larger, more traditional conferences.
“We’re excited to be a part of the CM Websummit, both as a sponsor and a presenter,” said Alex Smith, KidCheck CEO. “We look forward to sharing actionable child safety best practices and child protection policy information that churches can implement in their ministry to increase overall security.”
KidCheck’s “Improving Child Safety” workshop is designed to provide churches with insight on the leading concerns around child security and safety. It delivers useful, easy-to-implement ideas and best practices to help churches create a safe environment for the children in their care and minimize any possible safety and security issues. The workshop covers a broad range of topics such as facility security, volunteer and staff security tips, safety policies and procedures, predator profiles, implementing security teams, and more.
The “Child Protection Policy Unwrapped” workshop helps identify the most current and essential elements to design, create and implement an effective child protection policy. Whether the need is updating an existing plan or starting from scratch, the workshop provides the necessary steps to get started.
