Cheryl Sutcliffe Honored with Buffini & Company’s Certified Local Facilitator Award
Carlsbad, CA (PRWEB) September 18, 2015 -- Cheryl Sutcliffe, a Home Mortgage Consultant with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, has been a Certified Local Facilitator (CLF) for Buffini and Company’s Peak Producer Class for just two years, but due to her dedication toward the real estate community, Sutcliffe has excelled at her role as a CLF to the point that Buffini and Company has awarded her the 2015 CLF of the Year Award at the recent Master Mind event in San Diego, CA.
Sutcliffe has a stellar history with the real estate community; her father was a REALTOR® in Michigan during her teenage years, her parents eventually owning RE/MAX of Michigan, the master franchise. Sutcliffe entered the real estate industry in the late 1980s and moved into mortgages in 1994, where she found her true life’s calling. In 2004 Cheryl and her husband, Scott, moved to California. Sutcliffe’s history includes a love of training, having formerly been a certified trainer for the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB), moving into corporate training from 2004 – 2007, then reentering the sales workforce in late 2007 with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
The love of training spills into her CLF role by not only being dedicated to the students in the classes that she facilitates, but also by preparing homemade breakfasts for each class day (16 classes in 12 weeks). Being a former REALTOR®, Sutcliffe knows that the way to a real estate agent’s heart is through a hot breakfast and hot topics. She not only feeds their bellies, but also challenges them to work the Peak Producer System to its fullest, providing an excellent foundation for her students to excel in the class and propel them to have their best year ever.
Sutcliffe hosts two Peak Producer classes a year, with her next class starting on September 21st. We’re excited to watch her students grow, and to have her as our local leader!
