"With this solution, our customers are now able to discover new rules and rule changes as they happen from a single location, without having to visit hundreds of individual sites and information clearinghouses,” said Tim Hwang, CEO of FiscalNote.

FiscalNote™, provider of a real-time legal analytics platform that tracks, analyzes and forecasts legal and policy data, today announced the release of its new state regulations product, Atlantis, expanding its government policy analysis capabilities.

This new offering from FiscalNote aggregates state-level regulations across all 50 states and D.C., providing users access to a comprehensive database of state regulations across industries – all in one place. Atlantis also provides customized analysis on specific issues and access to all related regulatory documents including bulletins, proposed rules, amended rules, adopted rules, emergency rules and executive orders.

“Following the release of Sonar earlier this year, we heard our customers asking for state-level regulations to complement the work they were already engaged in with state legislation,” said Tim Hwang, CEO and co-founder of FiscalNote. “With this solution, our customers are now able to discover new rules and rule changes as they happen from a single location, without having to visit hundreds of individual sites and information clearinghouses.”

With the release of a state-level regulatory solution, FiscalNote continues its march to become an ecosystem for its customers to more efficiently and effectively manage risk. The company’s first product, Prophecy, tracks, monitors and forecasts the outcome of state and federal legislation with more than 94 percent accuracy. The product’s Legislator Analytics™ capabilities provide extensive insights on the effectiveness of individual legislators, as well as likelihood of support on individual pieces of legislation.

FiscalNote recently released its second product, Sonar, which searches, tracks and analyzes federal regulatory activity, while providing sentiment analysis across comments from stakeholders. The company aims to better connect organizations with government data, providing data-driven analysis to help policy and legal professionals gain valuable, actionable insights.

“Our vision at FiscalNote has always been to foster a more transparent political and legal system,” said Hwang. “By offering our users access to this historically difficult to obtain data, we move one step closer to fulfilling that vision.”
