In preparation for expanding the national and international distribution and sales of MOP and JPO Products, JPO Solutions, Inc. CEO James O’Brien announced today that the company sponsored a 2 day meeting on Monday and Tuesday September 14 and 15 in Houston,Texas. The meeting brought together 7 high level distributors and investors in the Oil and Gas industry from Asia, Canada and the United Kingdom to discuss logistics, fulfillment, containerization, shipping and other aspects of a robust international sales program.
“These companies mainly focus in the Oil and Gas Sector, “ said CEO James O’Brien. “We have been working with them for many months to demonstrate the effectiveness and affordability of our various products and now they are at the point where moving forward requires that we address the logistical challenges of both purchasing product and distributing it to their customers. We expect to be able to announce the results of those meetings in the next week after we finalize agreements and proposals emerging from the sessions”
The meetings also afforded the company the opportunity to introduce prospective distributors to JPO Solutions’ new COO Joel Stockford. Stockford, a renowned entrepreneur with broad experience in both launching and operating companies in the Oil & Gas sector, has personally owned and administered several companies with combined gross revenues in excess of 15 million dollars a year.
Assisted by an administrative team that will grow organically based on the needs of the partners, Stockford will handle the administration, marketing and distribution of JPO while O’Brien oversees the International and Domestic sales of the company.

New Corporate Identity and Market Presence Underway
Previously MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc. dba JPO Absorbents following a merger in 2014 between the two companies, the new company will be called JPO Solutions, Inc.
“Our intention is to remove any confusion in the market regarding our name and present a unified entity with one name and one goal.”, said O’Brien. “In addition to the name change,” O’Brien continued, “we will be changing our corporate logo and web presence.
In response to concerns raised by shareholders regarding these efforts to unify all of the JPO and MOP products and services under the new JPO Solutions, Inc. umbrella, O’Brien said that the company will undertake a study of the value and process required for changing the ticker symbol as we before making any final decisions about making that specific change.
"At first blush it would seem to be better to have the ticker symbol aligned with the company name, “ said O’Brien “but we want to demonstrate that we take the concerns of shareholders seriously and so we have decided to delay any decision about the ticker symbol until late this year. In the meantime we will look at other companies where ticker symbols have been changed and see if the concerns coming from shareholders are well founded or simply an understandable fear of further change.”
