Spectra Management, LLC a benefits and financial management firm, announced today that Inc. magazine has named it one of the Top 5000 Fastest-Growing Private Companies in the country.

Inc. ranked Spectra at number 3,507 on the list, a significant increase from its ranking at number 4,163 a year ago. Spectra reported 300 percent revenue growth over the past three years.

The 2015 Inc. 500|5000 list, unveiled online at Inc.com and with the top 500 companies featured in the September issue of Inc. (available on newsstands August 18 to September 22) is the most competitive crop in the list’s history. The average company on the list achieved a mind-boggling three-year growth of 490%. The Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue is $205 billion, generating 647,000 jobs over the past three years.

Bruce Jensen is Senior Vice President of Investments at Spectra Retirement with special responsibilities relating to Group retirement plans and individual wealth management. Bruce has over 25 years of experience in the areas of consultative sales and servicing of retirement plans and their corresponding investments.

Bruce’s experience has come from working as a Retirement Specialist and then as a 403(b) / 401(a) Plan Manager for Fidelity Investments in Salt Lake, with Wells Fargo’s Institutional Trust Division as Vice President of Retirement Plan Sales, as the Regional Sales Director for The Hartford Retirement Plans Group and as Managing Director for MassMutual‘s Rocky Mountain Retirement Sales Region prior to joining Spectra.

Bruce has a passion for helping individuals take the necessary steps, to being able to retire on their own terms. He also has a strong interest and expertise in helping plan sponsors develop processes that help to ease their fiduciary responsibilities and structure a plan design that is on target with their objectives.

Bruce has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah, earned his Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS) designation from the College for Financial Planning, and currently holds his AIF, FINRA series 7, series 63, 66, Health and Variable contract licenses.
