Applied Systems today announced that it is expanding its Commercial Lines panel with the addition of Mini-Fleet products from AXA and RSA. Distributed by AXA and RSA through Applied TAM, the most widely used broker management system in the world, brokers will have access to Mini-Fleet via the iMarket system by the end of 2015.

“AXA remains focused on delivering leading eTrading capabilities, making business with brokers as simple and timely as possible,” said Jason Bridgman, head of Digital Deals and Partnerships, AXA Commercial Lines and Personal Intermediary. “This collaboration with Applied Systems furthers our mission to build our strong online product offerings for our brokers’ SME customers.”

Applied TAM allows brokerages to automate daily operational processes, client policy information, and insurer connectivity, enabling users to be more productive and focus on the core business of selling insurance and servicing their clients. Through an automated and easy-to-navigate interface, Applied TAM provides deep visibility into day-to-day brokerage operations to reduce time spent on administrative tasks, decrease errors and omission risk, provide a seamless employee onboarding and training experience, and better respond to client needs. Applied TAM automates the business operations for more independent insurance brokerages than any other broker management system.

“Applied TAM continues to automate client portfolio management for their brokers, delivering seamless communication between brokers and their clients to enable the effective management of policies in a more productive and consistent manner, which importantly frees up time to spend with customers,” said David Swigciski, ‎UK SME trading director, RSA. “Expanding our product offering through Applied TAM enables us to support our brokers and their SME customers.”

“Effective and efficient connectivity and eTrading between UK brokers and insurers is critical for ensuring the broker community is competitive with alternative channels,” said Jeff Purdy, senior vice president of International Operations, Applied Systems. “The addition of the Mini-Fleet offerings from AXA and RSA to our Commercial Lines panel furthers our commitment to streamlining broker-insurer connectivity and expanding product choice to fuel business growth.”
