Jay began his 30-year law enforcement career with the Greensboro, NC Police Department, rising to the rank of Corporal in charge of Homicide Investigations. He established the first cold case Homicide Unit for Greensboro P.D. where he supervised the unit for two years. After three decades of public service, Jay retired from the Greensboro Police Department to embark upon a career in sales for law enforcement, security, and military products. Prior to joining T3 Motion, Inc. Jay was the Founder and co-owner of Tactical Law Enforcement International, a leading supply, training, and consulting group to public safety clients across the globe.
