Nick Olsen has many titles including personal trainer, life coach, fitness model and competitor, father, athlete and entrepreneur. We are delighted to have him at the Healing Through Fitness event as he shares his stories of emotional healing and fitness success. Nick believes that health and wellness are a combination of mental and physical strengths and knows that once he sets his mind to achieving a goal, he will reach it. Nicea Degering of ABC4 brings her passion for Utah to the forefront as the anchor for “Good Things Utah”. Nicea’s success as a broadcasting major has taken her from an associate producer to a report to the current anchor of two morning shows including “The Daily Dish”. As a part of the Team Fit Crew Nicea’s Healing Through Fitness experience shows in her Utah lifestyle segments. She brings motivation, knowledge and fitness trends to the forefront at our October 3rd event.
About Drew Manning
We are delighted to have Drew Manning speaking at our Healing Through Fitness Event. Drew experimented with his own body and told the tale in his book Fit2Fat2Fit, which made the New York Time’s bestseller’s list. Drew will wow us with his transformative tales of healing and change. Drew will show simple life changes to boost fitness levels and enhance healing. Drew has insightful information with his unique perspective on the adaptive capabilities of the human body.

Amy Updike shares her journey through fitness along with her passion for movement. This published fitness author, IFBB bikin pro, wife and mother lives a healthy life and inspires others to do the same. Whether she is taking care of her own children, caring for other children in her career as a Pediatric RN or enjoying the outdoors with hikes and dogs walks, she rises each morning with the goal of helping others and staying active.
