Industry Veteran Will Help Drive Customer Growth For Rapidly Growing Healthcare Company

QURE Healthcare, a leader in healthcare quality measurement announced that F. Scott FitzSimons has joined the company's management team as Vice President of Sales & Product Strategy. Mr. FitzSimons will lead the QURE Sales Team and deliver QURE’s Clinical and Performance Value Vignettes (CPV®) to hospitals, payors and life science companies in the US and globally. QURE’s CPV®s raise the quality of healthcare, standardize practice, and lower costs by changing clinician behavior in hospitals and systems across the U.S.

Scott FitzSimons has over 25 years of experience working strategically in multiple healthcare settings. He has dedicated his career to the advancement of healthcare education, knowledge and practice. Mr. FitzSimons has already successfully grown two enterprises generating impressive revenue and investment results.

Prior to QURE, Scott led the Big Data and Analytics Channel partnership efforts at Health Language, a division of Wolters Kluwer. Through his efforts and leadership, the Health Language solution components are part of the solution stacks of many leading analytics and data warehouse vendors today. Health Language is recognized today as the leading provider of enterprise terminology interoperability.

At Elsevier, he ran business development efforts for the four business units that comprised their Clinical Decision Support division. Under his direction, ECDS formed strategic content, distribution, and international relationships that continue to drive business today.

In the early 2000's, as the internet proved itself an essential tool to healthcare, Scott was part of a small team that set the standards with MD Consult. As one of the first early-phase dot.com healthcare subscription services, Scott and MD Consult led the industry by providing the now ubiquitous online access to peer-reviewed authoritative clinical information and tools at the point-of-care.
