With the holiday season just around the corner, VIPdesk Connect is rapidly hiring over 100 candidates to fill full-time and part-time seasonal positions as Brand Ambassadors (Customer Service Professionals) supporting our most iconic, fun and dynamic retail clients. What’s better than representing your favorite brand and earning extra money at the same time? Bonus: There is potential for continued employment for the exceptional performers. Ideal candidates not only love fashion, accessories and music, but have the customer service chops and professionalism to assist our clients’ customers with their online shopping needs and inquiries through phone, email and chat outlets.

All Brand Ambassadors will work remotely in a secure home office, supporting our admired retail clients. We are looking for candidates who have a passion for the brand they represent in order to provide the most genuine and pleasurable shopping experience that will keep the customers coming back time and time again.

While all Brand Ambassadors provide impeccable customer service with each and every interaction, specific job requirements are unique depending on the client being represented:

SKULLCANDY: You’re music’s ultimate fan and can be found tuning out the real world (we see you on your smartphone!) while tuning in to the latest tech gizmos and gadgets to hit the market. You exude patience and professionalism when assisting customers of all ages—from teens to adults—get the most out of their Skullcandy products. Brand Ambassadors need the ability to easily adjust their phone demeanor and language style depending on the customer. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about smartphones, audio connectors, MP3 players, headphones and more.

BLUEFLY: Brand Ambassadors on this team are always the trendy ones, who will never fall victim to fashion faux pas. You always have your well-manicured finger on the pulse of fashion’s latest trends and pay attention to brands' new arrivals. Utilizing your impeccable customer service skills, you will enhance the Bluefly customer experience via phone, email and live chat—get those fast typing fingers warmed up! In a courteous and proficient manner, you will assist customers with placing orders, general website navigation questions, as well as addressing inquiries related to sales and promotions while upholding Bluefly’s reputation and ensuring every customer has a seamless online shopping experience. Bluefly Brand Ambassadors must live in Texas, New York or Ohio.

Part time and Full time, seasonal positions are available.

In addition to providing top-notch customer service, all candidates must have a high-school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of related customer service experience, and some consumer-specific sales experience. Brand Ambassadors must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong computer and Internet skills.

Brand Ambassadors telecommute from their own home offices, which must be conducive to taking customer calls, quiet and free from distraction. All candidates must provide a computer and internet service that meets company requirements, and must be able to successfully pass a criminal and employment reference security check.
