The purpose behind this application is to dispatch any equipment service needs that customers may acquire, directly to Paramount’s service department.

Paramount Refreshment Solutions is the first family-run business in their industry that has created an innovative application such as this with these capabilities. Once a service request has been placed, an automated reply will be sent as confirmation that the request has been received. Following the confirmation, a Paramount technician will be sent out to service the equipment at the location of the customer.
