Progressive Dental Marketing (PDM) is set to launch its new dental continuing education continuum, the Progressive Dental Institute (PDI), on Friday, September 25, 2015. The program offers dental professionals and their staff a series of courses designed to improve practice growth through management, leadership and relationship-building techniques.

Progressive Dental Marketing (PDM) announces an exciting new endeavor in the organization’s launch of the Progressive Dental Institute (PDI), a dental continuing education continuum. Several years in the making, the curriculum is geared toward general dentists and dental specialists seeking to grow their practice reach through leadership, streamline management efforts and operational techniques, and employ effective strategies to strengthen patient relationships. The courses will be held monthly at various venues across the country. The first will commence at the revered Pankey Institute in Key Biscayne, FL, on September 25-26, 2015.

Spearheaded by PDM CEO Bart Knellinger and Senior Practice Consultant Veronica Makowski, PDI is comprised of three main courses. The first, or “Prerequisite Course,” reveals proven systems that lay the foundation for a successful practice and provides attendees with 10 continuing education credits. “Practice CEO and Management” is course two, teaching leadership and motivational skills for staff development along with practice management methods. The third course, “Psychology of Patient Influence and Mastering Human Relations” offers insight into increasing case acceptance and new patient numbers. Collectively, the courses are designed to facilitate overall practice development and success by implementing demonstrated techniques and processes rooted in core marketing strategies.

PDI was created to address a particular need within the dental community.
