The dark chocolate is imbued with technologies from the Cambridge based company Lycotec and marketed by its spin off company Cambridge Chocolate Technologies.

It is based on 72% Cocoa dark chocolate and represents a combination of two of the most powerful antioxidants with pleotropic anti-ageing properties – cocoa flavanols and marine carotenoid astaxanthin.
