Tipton Health, a leading provider of ANCC Magnet® documentation consulting, congratulates the Medical University of South Carolina on its recent Magnet® designation from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. The program recognizes healthcare organizations for quality patient care, nursing excellence and innovations in professional nursing practice.

“We have been proud to partner with the Medical University of South Carolina to support its world-class nursing team throughout their Magnet journey,” said Dan Tipton, president of Tipton Health. “Our team of professional communicators, masters-prepared nurses and quality analysts helped demonstrate that the nursing team’s professionalism, skill and commitment to patient care clearly aligned with what you would expect from a Magnet-certified nursing department.”

Tipton began supporting MUSC’s nursing team with a comprehensive Writers Prep Workshop in 2013. Tipton also provided content review, writing and electronic submission support and coordinated a mock site visit during the hospital’s Magnet journey.

Tipton has helped more than 60 hospitals and health systems across the country demonstrate their nursing accomplishments by providing counsel, content review and electronic documentation solutions for ANCC Magnet submissions. In addition, Tipton Health offers a wide variety of nursing communications support, including nursing annual reports, professional practice model designs and research brochures.

Tipton Health will exhibit at the 2015 ANCC National Magnet Conference® on October 7-9 in Atlanta, GA to demonstrate its Magnet documentation services and past success. Visit us at booth #1145!
