Over the last few months we have worked diligently to identify the perfect partner and are thrilled to now be working with Baywood Hotels to bring our vision for Rivertowns Square to life.

Saber Dobbs Ferry, LLC announced today that Baywood Hotels, Inc., a hotel ownership and management company based in Greenbelt, Md. , will be the operator of a 138-room Hilton Garden Inn currently under construction at Rivertowns Square, the $130 million, 450,000+-square-foot mixed-use development in Dobbs Ferry, N.Y.

Saber Dobbs Ferry is a partnership between Saber D.F., an affiliate of Saber Real Estate Advisors, LLC, and Dobbs Ferry Capital Partners, an affiliate of Chauncey Station Partners, LLC.

The 83,000-square-foot Hilton Garden Inn will feature amenities such as an indoor pool and meeting spaces, further enhancing Rivertowns Square’s offerings to residents and visitors of Westchester County. In addition to providing hotel services, it will also promote local tourism which will provide primary and secondary economic benefits.
