Global ERP, CRM, POS, and eCommerce solution provider Ignify is proud to announce its newest Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail customer: Shakey’s Pizza.

Founded in 1954 in the United States, Shakey’s Pizza has expanded globally. Philippines-based company International Family Food Services Inc. is the largest operator of the Shakey’s Pizza brand in the world. The Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail solution on Azure will be deployed to over 200 stores in the Philippines.

Shakey’s Pizza’s previous financial management system did not provide an integrated system that tied together the point of sale, retail operations, production facilities, and the financial management. As a result, Shakey’s relied on a variety of custom systems for inventory, restaurant and delivery, and point of sale management. Shakey’s sought a complete, end-to-end retail solution that could consolidate all of these operations into one system.

The ability to set up tables by restaurant in the system, and to assign tables to parties, configure table transfers, and record table numbers on dine-in orders placed online or by phone, will enable Shakey’s to provide top-notch customer service.

Kitchen and recipe management from Ignify is streamlined with Microsoft Dynamics AX by allowing work stations to be set up (e.g. cutting station, baking station, packaging station), and recipes listing the ingredients, quantities, and steps needed for cooking specific items. This insight and direction will enable Shakey’s team members to work efficiently and productively, and customers to receive their orders in a timely manner. The cost per kitchen order can also be recorded in AX 7 for reference.
