This Sticky Topic will make it easy for customers to see supported versions of Windows with various versions of the UTS.

Georgia SoftWorks announces the addition of another Sticky Topic to their Telnet Server for Windows Support Forums. The new article explains UTS Windows Compatibility and System Requirements.

“It’s important to make sure the GSW UTS version installed is compatible with the hardware on your system,” said Johnny Douglas of Georgia SoftWorks. “This Sticky Topic will make it easy for customers to see supported versions of Windows with various versions of the UTS.”

Georgia SoftWorks implemented Sticky Topics onto their Support Forums in July 2015 to provide customers a way to quickly access relevant information. The Sticky Topics are placed at the top of the forums making them easy to find. Other available sticky topics explain how to utilize Session Administrator and how to use gsw_elog.txt to troubleshoot connection issues

“The GSW Support Forums provide customers a network of knowledge and support. Adding the Sticky Topics creates another layer of support,” said Douglas. “The more information we add, the better it becomes.”
