Geary LSF to Host National Media Summit for Employee Professional Development and Industry Innovation

Digital marketing agency, Geary LSF, has announced that they will be hosting an internal media summit that brings together all members of the agency’s Paid Media department. Employees from Boston, Chicago, San Francisco and San Diego will gather for the inaugural event that takes place October 1st and 2nd at Geary LSF’s brand new San Diego office.

During the internal summit, employees will partake in Google product training based on the Guru Days series, product training of the newest additions to Geary LSF’s portfolio of integrated services, bid management courses taught by Kenshoo representatives, and cross-departmental training with members of the Earned Media and Creative teams. The summit will conclude with an all-hands innovation session to discuss industry trends and where the agency can innovate to further help solve the challenges of clients.

Knowledge sharing is a primary goal of the Media Summit and a driving theme of the content that will be presented. As a Google Partner Agency, Geary LSF had the opportunity to attend specialized product training around Mobile, YouTube and Shopping. Representatives who attended each Guru Day will recap the learnings and share with the team. Additionally, based on growing demand from clients and a recognizable void in the industry, the agency has formed what is being called the Integrated Services department specializing in analytics, attribution, and PDD, or performance driven design. Members of this department will offer in-depth training on each service line, ensuring that the media team members are fully versed in the agency’s capabilities and the importance of optimizable insights in achieving business goals.
