The Executive Women’s Forum on Information Security Risk Management & Privacy (EWF) is pleased to announce the 2015 Women of Influence finalists. In its 10th year, co-presented by Alta Associates and CSO, the annual Women of Influence awards program recognizes women for their professional success, community involvement and leadership roles in the fields of Information Security, Risk Management, and Privacy. The EWF will honor this year’s finalists and announce the winners during an awards ceremony on Wednesday, October 21st at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale at Gainey Ranch during the 13th Annual EWF National Conference, “Big Data, Big Risks, Big Opportunities.”
The Women of Influence awards recognize women in four categories: Public Sector & Academia, Private Solutions Provider, Corporate Practitioner and One-to-Watch. Selected by their peers through submitted nominations, all nominees have made important contributions to the community at large. Each year three finalists are announced from each category and an award is presented in each of the categories at the awards ceremony.
“We are truly fortunate to have the opportunity to recognize this outstanding group of women” said Joyce Brocaglia, Founder of the EWF and CEO of Alta Associates. “Each and every one of our 2015 nominees are exceptionally talented.
