Attending Infor Next from RPI will be several Partners and Senior Consultants including Richard Stout, Carl Seay, Melissa Olson, Stephanie Kowal, Paula Brody, Greg Pollard and Keith Wayland.
Stout and Seay have been working extensively on Lawson 10x installations and UpgradeX migrations to Infor Cloud Suite. They leverage the extensive Lawson technical experience of the RPI team to assist customers with Ming.le/SharePoint integration with Portal, considerations for enabling ESS/MSS access outside the firewall, Process Flow to IPA migration planning, Landmark installations and ISS Sync planning and troubleshooting, and system architecture and hardware considerations. Drawing on his extensive IT background in database management, systems administration, programming, and automation, Stout is able to understand Lawson customers’ needs, assess available technologies, and execute simple solutions to complex problems. Carl Seay has extensive experience helping Lawson customers make the most of their technology investment and working to install, upgrade, administer, integrate, and customize Lawson across multiple platforms, including Windows and UNIX.
Senior Human Capital SMEs Melissa Olson and Paula Brody deliver Global HR and Infor Talent Management thought leadership through webinars and presentations at user groups. Their presentations focus on decision points and implementation best practices, including a focus on organization, position, and supervisor structures. Certified in Lawson Global Human Resources and Talent Management, as well as the Lawson S3 HR applications, Olson has served as Project Manager and HCM SME for multiple Employee and Manager Self Service implementations, as well as various Global HR implementation and optimization efforts. Also experienced in Lawson Global Human Resources, Talent Management, and all Lawson S3 HR applications, Brody has worked as Technical Lead for Talent Management implementations, including the deployment of Employee and Manager Space, Global HR, Performance, Goals, and Compensation.
Senior Lawson Supply Chain Consultant, Stephanie Kowal, will be in attendance and prepared to speak with customers about their Lawson process improvement initiatives. Mrs. Kowal, who is certified in Lawson’s Procurement Suite, has been delivering presentations on Lawson RQC Best Practices and Contract Management. She has extensive experience working in materials management, process improvement, project management, and system administration. She has led the implementation of electronic requisition and approval processes, and created user training materials and sessions for more than 1,000 requesters and approvers.
Also attending will be Geoff Lilienfeld, RPI’s Practice Director of Imaging Strategy and Technical Services. Mr. Lilienfeld has been instrumental in building RPI’s capacity to deliver enterprise content management design and implementation nationwide through multiple platforms, including Perceptive Enterprise Management Content (formerly known as ImageNow), and the development of a rapid online forms deployment solution - ProForma. Mr. Lilienfeld has led projects for large higher education, healthcare, manufacturing, financial, and commercial organizations often working with Admissions, Human Resources, Materials Management, Accounts Payable, and Payroll departments. He has experience working with organizations of all sizes including large healthcare organizations, publicly traded Fortune 500 corporations, financial conglomerates, municipalities, higher education, and small businesses.
Jeff Brewster, RPI’s Infor Lawson Practice Manager, and Larry Mattson, RPI’s Manager of Infor Lawson Solution Sales, will also attend Infor Next in San Diego. Brewster brings vast experience providing Infor Lawson software services and solutions to strategic clients for over 14 years. Before joining RPI, Brewster worked at Lawson Software (now Infor), Aster Group, and Ceridian Payroll. Previously he served as an Officer in the United States Marine Corps. Mattson has over 14 years of experience providing Lawson software services and solutions to clients. He recently joined the firm due to RPI's strong technical services team and the company’s establishment as one of the industry leaders in implementing Infor Lawson Version 10. Mr. Mattson remains committed to delivering premier Lawson services at a competitive price.
