Cathy Fontenot and Ashley King successfully completed the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Advanced Certification Program, which analyzes and explains essential components of the FCRA and consequences of noncompliance with federal law. This special certification program is only offered in-person during an NABPS Annual Conference to attendees who already possess the Basic FCRA Certification. The Advanced Certification Program is primarily for individuals who are in leadership positions or who make compliance decisions for their organization.
