Oasis Smart SIM appoints Patrick CAO as Chief Operating Officer and promotes Benoit TAYYAR as General Manager MEA and Dejan RASUO as General Manager Europe and Americas

Mandated with business management, business development and operations, Patrick will be in charge of preparing the company to the new business opportunities offered by the reprogrammable USIM while in parallel continuing to develop the geographical and customer footprint of Oasis Smart SIM.
To assist Patrick, Oasis has decided to promote Benoit Tayyar as Middle East and Africa General Manager and Dejan Rasuo as Europe and Americas General Manager.

Patrick joined Oasis Smart SIM in September 2015 as Chief Operating Officer. Patrick brings more than 25 years of experience in business and operations, leading Regional Business Units for companies delivering complex solutions to the telecom market. Previous roles include VP Operations Asia Pacific for Comverse, Executive Director Telecom in APAC for Oberthur Technologies, Solutions Director Telecom for Capgemini, and Professional Services Director for Convergys. With a hands-on approach, Patrick provides leadership to multi-disciplinary teams that successfully deliver solutions to the mobile ecosystem for addressing requirements for Digital Security and Business Support.
About Benoit Tayyar
Benoit joined Oasis in 2012 as a Sales Director and has been promoted to General Manager of MEA region since September 2015. He worked for Oberthur Technologies between 2005 and 2011, as a Global Account Manager. He held many positions combining years of experience in the SIM card technology field and telecom industry.
About Dejan Rasuo
Dejan joined Oasis in 2014 as the General Manager of the European operations. His 11 years of tenure at Oberthur Technologies and an intensive year in the growing OTT multimedia content aggregation and streaming platforms arena have allowed him to develop unique skills in business development as well as cutting-edge convergence platforms deliveries in the fields of VAS, NFC, Mobile Money and Fixed-to-Mobile space.
