Sony and Z3 Technology Announce Integration Partnership Providing a 4K Multi-Streaming Security Solution
Lincoln, NE (PRWEB) October 01, 2015 -- Z3 Technology, LLC, a worldwide provider of video encoding and decoding solutions, and Sony Electronics Inc., an international leader in video security technology, announce today the availability of a 4K security solution that encodes a single video source in Ultra HD and HD resolutions simultaneously.
The set-up features Sony’s Eagle ER8300 4K camera block that utilizes HDMI to send the content to Z3’s HE4K-01 4K video encoder. Two streams (one 4K at 30 fps and one 720p30) are distributed over Ethernet and are made available for decoding, storing and viewing.

The integration of Z3’s HE4K-01 with Sony’s Eagle ER8300 4K camera block was privately shown in Sony’s CSBD meeting room during the ASIS Show September 28-30, 2015 in Anaheim, CA.
