New DealerRater® Dealer Panel Provides Auto Dealers with Tailored Insight into Rating and Review Performance

DealerRater's latest upgrade is a significant overhaul of its dealer platform

DealerRater – the nation’s largest car dealer review site for consumers – released a significant overhaul to its dealer platform today, providing dealers with expanded visibility into their performance on DealerRater by means of a customizable dashboard to view and monitor reviews, comprehensive reporting, automated performance updates and an all-new mobile interface.

“When it comes to online reviews, individual dealerships almost always face a unique set of circumstances, whether it’s local competition or unfavorable reviews, so the customizability of our dealer platform is critical,” said DealerRater CEO Gary Tucker. “For the first time, we are introducing a Dealer Panel dashboard that can be tailored to display portions of the panel to fit the needs of that particular dealership.”

DealerRater is also introducing new reporting features that allow dealerships to create custom reports that track their review performance over time, as well as that of their employees and competitors. A new mobile interface now also allows dealers access on-the-go to respond easily to reviews and upload dealership and employee photos directly from their mobile device.

The enhanced Dealer Panel also offers more prominent alerts of negative reviews in need of response and automated performance updates delivered to the dealership. The Panel upgrades also allow Certified Dealers to more seamlessly navigate, create and edit Employee Profiles and better monitor the status of individual employees’ efforts to earn the DealerRater Certified Employee distinction.
