CPAmerica International Leading Partners are attending the 2015 Leading Partners Retreat in Chicago at the end of September.
The conference’s theme is “Sustainability” and will offer sessions from influential business leaders like Carl George (Carl George Advisory, LLC) who will discuss culture, core values, and critical leadership attributes for next generation leaders. Other speakers include Peter Burke (Best Companies Group) who will discuss achieving “Best Place to Work” status, and Paul Carbone (Pritzker Group) who will discuss the current state of the buyouts market, the trend in families’ investment directly into operating companies, and the strategic advantage of permanent capital. Keynote speaker and thought leader, Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business, Dr. Martin Davidson, will speak about using diversity strategically to generate superior business performance.
Various member sharing sessions will be spread throughout the conferences’ program. These sessions allow members to share their best practices and their successes and failures. Members have continuously said that their member sharing is often the most valuable aspects of their entire membership.
“Improving through sharing is our foundation and meetings like these do just that,” said Alan Deichler, president of CPAmerica. “Members will build strong relationships while attaining invaluable knowledge to bring back to their firm.”
Leading Partners Retreat will be held on September 30 – October 2 at The Drake.
