Soft-Lite Windows recently announced the appointment of David Baez as its new Southeast Regional Sales Manager/Impact Specialist, who will help make Soft-Lite's sales team even stronger and the company more dynamic in the marketplace. Baez's sales territory will encompass Florida, Southern Georgia and Alabama.
Baez comes to Soft-Lite with more than 15 years experience in the sales, residential construction and window industries. Most recently, Baez worked for a roofing manufacturing company, where he gained a wealth of experience growing sales revenue by acquiring new accounts, and assisting existing accounts with sales training and marketing plans to help them grow their sales.
