Chips Manufacturing is very excited to announce that they are partnering with DuPage County’s Make Your Way (MYWay) youth employment program. This program, based at the workNet DuPage Career Center in Lisle, IL, directly addresses unemployment among young adults in the area by guiding them onto good career paths and providing them with comprehensive training and mentors.

At Chips, they believe that the health of their business directly correlates with the health of the community. This is why they are honored to join forces with DuPage County to place young adults into a promising career in manufacturing. They believe, through this partnership, they can make a positive impact on the community and the people around them.

By participating in the MYWay program, they will be offering paid internships within which they will train young adults to work within the manufacturing industry. At Chips Manufacturing, they are always looking to develop new talent who they can mentor, help grow, and move forward. They reward hard work and company loyalty through their company’s pay metrics policy; the longer you’re with them, the higher your wages.
